Maybe we are adopting Evander as an American like we did with Brett Hull and Adam Deadmarsh.
I guess an invitation doesn't hurt...but will he accept?! Maybe that's what every national team should do from now on: just invite the players they want, whether they're actually from that country or not.
How long will it be before somebody has the guts to drop the gloves with Evander again?
